Operational feedback is about what we do every day, and may include:

  • Centre practices / systems

  • Centre routines

  • The educational program

  • Events / celebrations

  • Centre menu / provided food

  • Centre fees / payments

Personal feedback is about a person or group of people, e.g.:

  • An enrolled child

  • An employee/educator

  • The centre team

  • A parent or family member of a child

  • Sweetpeas Management

  • Allied health representatives

Material feedback is about physical items and the physical environment, and may include topics such as:

  • Centre resources (e.g. toys, games, books and equipment).

  • The centre environment, both indoor and outdoor.
