Michelle is one of the owners of the Sweetpeas company and has completed her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Michelle has known Janine for even longer than Janine has been working in early childhood and defers to Janine's experiences when it comes to running the service.

Along with her husband Matt, Michelle ensures that our educators are able to put their educational ideas into action and helps to make Sweetpeas a wonderful environment to work at all our locations.

Matt ensures that our centres are well resourced and maintained at all times. Matt isn't often on-site during business hours, but can be spotted on weekends bringing new resources, gardening or doing general maintenance work.

Matt and Michelle both have current Working with Children's Checks and NSW Police Checks.
